At CrossCheck, all of our products are custom-made to order. As such, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Damaged or Defective Items:
While we don’t offer refunds, if your product arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to resolve the issue. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at crosscheck.playwithpurpose@gmail.com with the following information:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the damaged or defective item.
- A description of the issue.
We will work with you to ensure a satisfactory resolution, including sending a replacement if necessary.
Order Cancellations:
Because our products are made-to-order, we cannot cancel or modify orders once they have been processed.
